The only Alabama cases I have found had to do with junk faxes.
They didn't have a problem awarding $500 per fax. I have all
the phone records, seems like an easy $500 x 80 calls to me.
What am I missing here? Are there any defenses? I wrote a
letter asking for $500 per call. The calls have stopped once
they received my letter but no offer from them like an apology
& $5 bucks per call or anything. I guess I'll have to take
them to court.
