my brother recently got killed at work. An autopsy showed
drugs in his system. He had gotten hurt a week before and
was on pain medicine. A newspaper wrote about my brothers
accident and brought this out. With all the fuss about
HIPPA is there any rights for the deceased. My brother is
not here to defend hisself. This newspaper report has
harassed my family. Is there any justice????????
