Question for the bankruptcy attorneys:

I have a client who moved to my state three months ago. I
know that under the new bankruptcy rules he would have to
use his previous state exemptions, if he did not use the
federal exemptions. My question is, can he still file in
the new state? Or does he file in the old state?

Any help would be appreciated.
