I'm an attorney that started doing bankruptcy about two years ago. I used
Bankruptcy 2008 (now 2009) by New Hope and had nothing but troubles. I was
involved in a very complicated Chapter 13 Bankruptcy that took many hours to
prepare the Petition. When I finally finished, I clicked the "Print All
Forms" button and the whole thing crashed. The best thing is, the file
ended up being corrupted and I couldn't even open it. All the hours of work
down the drain. I called customer support, sent them the file, and
eventually they told me there was nothing they could do. I had to re-input
all that information again.

My subscription just ran out so now I'm in the market for a different
program. Needless to say, I will not be using Bankruptcy 2009 by New Hope.
