Hi i was wondering how to go about filing a judgement
against a insurance company for money owed to me? My
mother had a fall on a property and the insurance paid all
medical bills...I had to take her back and forth from the
Dr.s three times a week for two months at my expense...I
was told to keep track of time and mileage and get paid
back from the insurance...They are now saying its no fault
to them so they dont have to pay me back..They paid moms
medical bills isnt that admiting to fault, or they wouldnt
of paid the medical right? Thankyou Dee
