I have obtained an Ohio judgment that I need domesticated
in Florida (Indian River County, wherever that is) for
possible forclosure proceedings. It is possible that the
debtor may have transferred away his interests in certain
real estate in order to defeat his creditor's rights.
Does Florida recognize the tort of fraudulent conveaynce?

My client needs someone who is knowledgeable and
aggressive.
