I need to propose a fee to a new client with a cap -
purchase of stand-alone building (with bank mortgage and
second mortgage from seller), purchase of liquor store
assets, including liquor license transfer, set up one LLC
(he has another set up to own the property already).
Obviously, I want to propose a cap on fees that doesn't
hurt me, but that he will accept. Please help with
suggestions -- QUICK.
