Post: please help, just found out I owed taxes from 2006

Please help me, I just found out today that I owe taxes
from way back in 2006. I have no idea where my return is
because I am no longer with the guy I was living with at
the time and I think I left it at his house. I got a
notice in the mail today saying that I have court date
scheduled for 10/19/2009. My question is can I do anything
about that since this is the first I am hearing about
this? I have a 4 month old and it will be really hard to
go to court, I can pay the money to them. The tax is only
$30 but with the interest and penalty it is $60. I can
pay that! what are court costs usually?? what do those
include? please email me!
