my name is kim and we have neighbors that when our 9 year old
is our was throwing a softball with his 9 year ols friend and
the ball woud accidentely hit their fence they freak out. Then
when they missed catching it and it went over the fence they
rean out and grabbed it.. then the older man Al jumped up on
his fence with an axe handle threatening to Fn kill us smash
us in the FN head screaming at the top up is lungs hitting the
axe handle on the fence ..caops came and told US that WE have
To retreat into our home and avoid confrontation w/ AL and
call 911? I mean when will the law ever be on the victims
side.
For god sake my son is 9 and barely plays in our back yard due
to his school work and extra activities during the week and
the one day we play out side they loose their mind... I can't
even light off fore works without Pat his wife yelling that I
am a bad influence on my son and I am teaching him to hurt him
self among other names...what can an innocent person do? The
police just look at this as "neighbors not getting
along" ...MY husband and I where threatened with an axe handle
and they act like we should retreat into our home and not go
out because the neighbors are nuts and we are prisoners. My
son and his friends cant ride their bikes without Pat turning
ou the sprinkler so they have to go around her drive way into
the rode and possibly taking a chance on getting hit by a
car...Is any one out there to help us???????????
