A woman hit my car in 2003 and did not want the police
called. She left the scene after making sure everything
was okay and now 2005 is attempting to sue me for
injuries. What can I do to make this problem go away? Is
there any statue of limitation on accident cases? And if
the police weren't called how can she sue me for anything?
