Post: fighting for rights in workplace but need to keep job.

I'm a female in the south and find myself much smarter than
most males and a threat obviously. My boss is in his
60s...and a very rediculous man. I have lost 5 weeks of
vacation without pay; never allowed to take off. If i'm
sick he comes to my house to make sure. he drives by my
house or sits outside the curb. he makes dirty comments
about me to others, some sexual. I have been on call for
seven years without on-call pay, I have to beg permission
to leave town on weekends. he doesn't come to work,
falsifies time sheets. I even got in trouble for going to
the bathroom.
I'm a single mom of teenagers..this is my livelihood but my
stress level and health is suffering
how do i find documentation to fight this? and how do you
approach this and keep your job?
