IF she can prove who did this, AND that they did not have her
permission to do it, she MAY have a case. But the privacy
laws in general are way behind the technology on this stuff.
Better yet, she could contact the website's master and ask
them to remove an address - if it is included with the picture
- which may put her at risk. She should definitely change her
cell phone number. Any fee would be a small price to pay for
her peace of mind. Much less than legal fees.
