I have been dealing with back and neck pain for 2 months.
After 25 adjustments by a chiropractor my pain became more
severe. I was unable to use my right arm and to drive. At
the last visit to the chiro he told me to go back to my
doctor and request an MRI. He seemed nervous and that he
no longer wanted to treat me. He actually said "keep me
posted" An MRI , requested by another doctor, revealed
that I had a moderate herniated disc and that I know need
bed rest and perhaps surgery in a few weeks. I am certain
that the last adjustment did this as I have been extremely
careful during the past 2 months. The chiropractor seems
worried. I have told him limited information. Should I
seek legal help to obtain a refund for the $1,400 that I
paid out for treatment?
What are your thoughts?
