I have just had a NJ Superior civil court mediator
determine an award figure for my MVA. I was found that I
was not at fault, 0% of the accident. The other side and I
have 30 days to decide if the award amount is accecptable.
I have decided to accept the award.
What is the chance that the other side will dispute the
decision and award set down by the arbitrator? And move
forward to trial.
