When a MVA settlement is agreed upon either by an "out of
court" settlement or an award "awarded by a jury". How
long before the settlement check is giving to the plantiff?

In other words does the plantiff's attorney have to wait
until the settlement check is received from the insurance
company before the plantiff receives compensation? Or does
the victims attorney advance the settlement minus the 33%?
