After filing workers comp against Lockheed Martin for IPF.
It was denied. I then requested my chemical, asbestos and
metals exposure records for the last 25 years and they
gave me an incomplete package going back only 10 years.
Friday they tried to put me on indefinate leave of
abscence, say that my family leave act had run out in
November of 2004. I had recieved no notice and feel this
was retalitory. What can I do?
