Hello my son is 18 years old and he was dirving a car
registered to me when he got into an car accident. It was
his fault and he is covered under my insurance. If a claim
is more than the insurance covers can I be liable for the
difference? I heard that in this case in California I may
only be liable for damages up to $15,000 even though I was
not involved in the accident.
