Post: Lawsuit Against Plaintiff's Attorney
Posted by Pro Se on 11/18/05
I am being sued for a Divorce in the State of Georgia. The
lawsuit has no merit and when the Plaintiff's Attorney could
not force me to settle, he tried to have me Fined and Locked
up for Contempt. That failed, so now I guess their next
move is to force me use up all my resources. He crossed the
line on several occassions and I will make sure that he is
held responsible for destroying me Financially etc.
Regardless, since I have nothing to lose and I'm sure that
he bills more per hour than I do - I am going to find out
how effective of an Attorney he is.
I won't go into the facts but I'm sure that when the
Plaintiff's Attorney finds out that he will be held
accountable for his actions - he will use his Home Court
advantage. Regardless, I'm in it for the Long Haul and I
will present an effective case that I plan on winning!
I don't believe there are too many Lawyers that have to
Balls to sue another Attorney and I am not interested in
getting a Counsel of Record at this point.
I am willing to pay a reasonable rate for advice/information
that is not Generic/Theoretical B. S. I know the Facts and
I can prove them. I can do research with the best of them!
I am willing to engage in hypothetical discussions of
certain facts and how they would apply to Law.
Until the Lawsuit is filed, I must protect my privacy.
Any Takers???
