I herniated a disc in my lower back helping someone move
out of his apartment. Do I have any grounds for a personal
injury lawsuit? He had packed all of the boxes in advance,
and one of them was substantially heavier than the others
(maybe the weight of a 21" monitor) which I then took down
several flights of stairs, which caused the injury. I hate
to go this route, but he has expressed little remorse about
the event and I've been suffering ever since.
