i have been paying on my car for five years, the car is
paid off except for fees, the repo men came and i did a
oral objection, they didnt leave one jumped in my car i
got in with him and told him not to take the car, he told
me to get out of the car, i reach over and pop the hood,
and got out thinking he was going to drive away he did
alone with me hanging on to the car because i had to break
my fall. i yelled out stop stop your going to kill me he
kept going, i was able to continue to hold on so i let go.
and fell flat on my face. i was taken to the hospital. i
though if you told them to stop don't take my car they
were to leave and come back another day. he tried to kill
me. is this consider unlawful repossesion of a vehicle.
