I recently lost my son and he had left me all his life
insurance. My ex wife got a copy of the designation form
and submitted a claim that it was fraudulent. Since I was
the beneficary it infered that I was part of the fraud.

I recently received a copy of a letter from SGLI that no
fraud was evident.

Would I have a claim against her for this act?
