I was Rear Ended by a drunk driver. I was stopped at a light
and they passed out at the wheel. They were arrested and i
went to the Er. They diagnosed me with whiplash. I was
unaware of what was really going on. I have to go back to
the doctors and i am having shooting pains down my right
leg. I had a previous injury to my lower back 4 years ago
that required surgery. I have not had a sigle pain sins
rehab. The pains are back and are worse. I fear i have
reinjured my back. Due to a previous injury will i be able
to take action against the driver. Driver was only 18 and
under parents insurance and car was in parents name.
