This is a question regarding California Tort Law. Does
anyone know if a Waiver of Liability in California, can
include a waiver of negligence and gross negligence?
My daughters preschool is asking me to sign an overly
broad waiver that includes liability for ANY injuries and
damages.
Thanks for any info.
