Queastion: Company A was Negligent to Consumer and
Company B is claiming damages against Consumer however the
damage was actually caused by Company A's negligence. Can
a negligence lawsuit be filed against Company A by the
Consumer or should they wait until after litigation with
Company B is completed so that all legal fees can be used
as evidence of personal financial injury? Or should they
get started asap on a cross suit?
