(1) is a person (parent/guardian) who tries to force a
child (verbal intimidation, death threats)to have an
abortion guilty of a crime??

(2) if said parent beats, pushes the child down a flight of
stairs, poisons that child, or use other methods (enemas,
laxatives) in an effort to terminate the pregnancy after
the child has expresses her wish to continue the pregnancy,
is there a statute of limitations on filing charges if it
recently discovered via therapy (repressed memories)??

What is the best course of action for this child (now an
adult) besides therapy?? I should also mention that this
parent is now trying to take the victim's child away,
saying that she is mentally unfit.

Please provide and legal referrals/resources if possible.
