MM is not an attorney and says so frequently, he is just
giving his opinion. feel free to jump in anytime you
disagree. this board is for discussion and to answer
questions, as the disclaimer says, it should be used in
place of actual advice from a real attorney. some of us
are, but who knows who really is? In fact, you're on the
wrong board to post this since you don't have a discussion
about torts. ;)
