POST: Burned by Sunbeam Heating Pad

I was burned about 2 weeks ago by a Sunbeam Heating pad.
It was 4 places. Two were just red for a few days but the
other 2 burned two areas about the size of a
nickle/quarter each that blistered, popped, and is very
raw and sore. I emailed Sunbeam and they called me a few
days later and want me to mail them the heating pad back
and they will send me a new one. Should I do this or
not? Where should I go from here.
