    Conflict of law is a bar exam topic. It is one of the more
    difficult topics.

    In your case the SOL for NJ will apply (even if a US
    district court hears it in diversity in FL) unless there is
    a forum selection clause in your credit contract. You are
    probably sol on the FL SOL.
