Post: extradition and statute of limitations

I was charged with distribution and possession of marijuana
and psychedelic mushrooms and posted bail. If i flee the
country and/or state will i be extradited? Also, is there a
statute of limitations that would allow me to come back to
Washington State after a period of time?
