my husband was hurt at work. the insurance carrier sent him
a letter stating that they are aware of his injuries and
would be handling his claim. 2 and a half years later the
workers compensation judge is saying that the letter is not
relevant because the person who sent it is no longer with
the carrier. the company is saying that they where not
aware that my husband was hurt but how did the insurance
arrier find out that he was with out them telling them that
he was. and why is this letter not enough
