Post: right knee injury in 1993 cumlative trauma

i filed a cumlative trauma caim in aug 2007 i'am
represented . my x employer denied all thrugh depositions
and temp disability . i sent a detailed invoice for
medical co pay and script costs of 3800 dollars then
another for 966.85. We just received a check for the
966.85 and a check for 24.00 dollars . Why are they doing
this after 2 and half years of denial.
