on sept-10/08 i got hurt on a door in my work i reported
it the next day i was ignore by my team leader i told her
morethan one time but she did nothing .why do we have to
always be affraid to loose our job wen this happen but a
lady had already warn me that if i say anything that i
will be fired that is exaley what happen yes we went
throughall the 12 months flma whitch don't make no sence
because if you are not getting paid and you are under
doctor orders then in my estimation they should not fire
you i tried diffren way to get advice but it look like in
fl you don't have a chance to fight these people well now
all this time you are still haveing pain they are playing
with you well tell me if these people is human it look
like to me is the bigger fish eat the little ones anyway
to top it of i was denied workerscomp and the only help i
got frowm these people is 3 to 4 month of unproffecinal
help. do anybody out there knows if a nurse practioner
have the same experience as a ortopedic doctor in the end
the lady at my work she told me that i should use my own
insurance because workerscomp won't take care of me i then
went and got a ortapidic doctor who recomend i needed
surgrey my elbo have not fulley recover as yet but with
all this the day after christmas on the 26 my job fire me
this is really heartless as i have done so much for these
people i have stayed there when nobody wanted to stay and
clean there doctors rooms so they can make more monney i
go to work frowm 5pm to 430am i am still there but that
okay i am just writing this because yes it hurting me but
i know i will get over it emagining why no body did not
want to stay because they were aLWAYS TELLING ME I WAS
CRAZY NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WHEN I
CAN'T BE OF NO USE THEY WILL THROUGHT ME OUT HOW COLD BUT
I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THE SAME ONE WHO DO THIS TO ME
WILL BE IN MY SHOES ONE OF THESE DAY I PRAY EVERY NIGHT
AND I REMEMBE THERE IS A GOD OH YES THEY WILL SAY IT RULES
BUT IT A LIE THEY SAY THEY CANNOT MAKE ALLOWANCE FOR MY
RESTRICTION BUT THEY CAN MAKE FOR OTHERS ANYWAY TO GET
BACK TO WORKERSCOMP AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTH BECAUSE I DON;T
LIKE TO FOOL WITH LAWERS I DECIDE TO HIRE ONE I DON;T KNOW
WHAT KIND OD GAME THEY PLAY HERE BUT HE IS TELLING ME THAT
I MUST TAKE THE MONNEY THEY WANT TO GIVE ME IS BARELY
ENOUGHT TO PAY MY MORTAGE FOR FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND ALL
HE IS TELLING ME TO SETTLE BECAUSE I WILL LOSE.I AM NOT
STUPIED I HAVE MY GOOD SENCE WITH ME SO I REALLY NEED SOME
ONE WHO WILL FIGHT FOR ME BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN FIND
ANYBODY DOWN HERE IN FLORIDA I FEEL REALLY HOPELESS IF
ANY BODY CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE I WOULD BE GRATEFULL. HE
MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM SOMEBODY WHO NEED A QUICK FIX I
DON'T EVEN SMOKE OR DRINK . ANYWAYS I WILL KEEP ON SEEKING
HELP I WILL WRITE ALL MY SENATOR AND GOVENNER AND I WILL
INVITE EVERYBODY TO GET TOGEATHER AND STOP THIS ADVANTAGE
OF POOR PEOPLE WE CANNOT LET THESE PEOPLE PUT US ON THE
GOVERMENT BECAUSE ALL THE BIG COPORATION AND HOSPITAL IS
SENDING US TO BE A BURDEN ON WELFAIR AND THEN OUR DIGNETY
IS GONE WE HAVE TO BE ON WELFARE IF I WAS A TEFTH YOU CAN
UNDERSTAND I AM A HONEST HUMAN WHO WANT SOME GOOD MEDICAL
AND ENOUGHT TIME TO REST MY INJUREY AND AFTER SIX YEAR OF
SERVIS GOT KICK OUT BECAUSE I GOT HURT ON THE JOB AM I GOD
I CAN;T TELL MY ELBO TO GET BETTER SO I THINK THAT THERE
SHOULD BE A LAW THAT PROTECT EMPLOYEE WHO GET HURT ON THE
JOB JUST LET SAY I HAD TO WORK WITH ONLY MY LEFT HAND I
DID NOT HAVE MY RIGHT HAND WHITCH IS THE PROBLEM THEN
ISEN'T THAT DISCRIMATION OF THE DISABLE PERSON ANY WAY
THIS IS NOT OVER FOR ME I WILL FIGHT TO LET SOMEBODY
LISSON TO ME AND I WILL PRAY THAT GPD SHOW ME THE WAY.
