I was injured on the job 6 years ago and they are just NOW
settling the case. The company owed me back pay $106,000
and some odd dollars that I had already worked for but the
NEVER paid me for, now they settled $325,000 for workmans
comp which includes the $106K dollars that I earn BEFORE my
injury.
Can they do that? I've ask that they give me my $106K that
I've earned & it should NOT be included in the workmans comp
settlement. What should I do?
