Hello!!

I got hurt while at work and I was 11 weeks pregnant at the
time. Its now been a year since, and I am still on worker's
comp and on a leave of absence for work. My husband and I
have decided that I am not going to be working there
anymore, when I am cleared. We want me to be able to
continue to stay home with our infant. Can I tell my
employer that I have no plans on coming back?
