I fell at work and went to the doctor the next day. The
doctor said I could go back to work on that day but with
restrictions. My employer won't let me come back on light
duty. I went back to the doctor after one week and
although I had improved, and asked the doctor to release me
from restrictions, they added more restrictions. Now I
have been out of work 8 days and I was offered a job with a
different employer and need advice on what I need to do.

My Employer will not let me return with any resrictions , 3/18/13, by dc.
