I had been at work delivering parts when I stepped out of
the truck I thought it was water butit was "black ice"
causing me to spin around and fall.I ruptured my disc in
my lower back. I had surgery on my L5/S1 back in Feb.I've
been off on w/c. I go back to doctor this month and
hopefully get to start my phsyical therapy. I now have 4
rods in my back. Has anyone had these similar
circumstances happen to them? If so could you please fill
me in on what happens next? thanks,
