both professional and facility?
If no, does UCR database require state
approval/certification?
Is state reporting required in KY?
If yes, what is the frequency: Monthly or Annually?
Does the state of KY allow for an MCO?
If yes, is it mandatory or optional?
Does state allow for WC discounts for Professional
services or outpatient services or inpatient services?
Can employer direct care? If yes, for how many days?
