Well here we go off to my hearing on the 15th. Should I
say the 2nd hearing, the first one was canceled because
the W/C attorney was on vacation in Hawaii. Must be nice!
(Thanks for letting me know what a great life he is
having. They could have said he had an emergency dental
appt.) Funny they schedule it then go on vacation. Now 4
month later we will see what kind of excuse they can come
up with this time.
This whole thing has been the worst experiance I have ever
had to deal with in my life. On top of the daily pain, and
full on mind games.(from insurance carrier)
Injured in 2001 taken off work in 2002.Found Perm. and
Stationary March of 2004.
Voc rehab what a total joke that was. $6000 in her pocket
later and she did nothing to help at all.Still 4000 out
there floating around I guess. Lord knows I have tried to
get it to help get a better comp and some programs. So I
can keep learing on-line.Which I set up my self. No help
at all from Voc. Rehab..
All I have to say is when they offer voc rehab do not
take it. Unless you already know what it is you want to go
for. Take the money and go on-line and go back to school.
For those of you who can't sit through long classes. Work
at your pace at home.
Do something with your self. They will not help you ,you
have to do it for yourself.... Tell them what you want and
how you want to do it. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO
SOMETHING YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO. Speak your mind!!!!
I also want to tell you all to be very careful when they
postpone your case. They will be watching you. They
videoed me one day getting gas in my car and going to
lunch with my husband then off to a Dr. appt. The funny
part is there is no hiding that I am in pain. You could
see it in everymovement. So hopefully it will back fire on
them... I guess it already did they had to pay for the PI.
See we are all guilty till proven injured...
Just keep your cool and let it all flow. But be doing
something to help yourself when it is over.
So anyway good luck to you all and PLEASE keep your
fingers crossed on the 15th of this month. I need all the
strength that I can get.
