21/2 years ago I had back surgery due to a work related
accident. I had a severe ruptured disc and my foot was
going numb.The doctor never saw this on a younger person.
Any way, it was a family run business and they denied it
happened at work. After 6-9 months and 5 court
appearences, my attorney had 2 of the 5 owners admit I was
hurt in work, and 1 co-worker. Today was supposed to be
the last time that my attorney faced the judge to see if I
won the case. It is a long story, but today the judge said
she did not have enough time to review the case, and my
attorney did not want to push the issue. My attorney said
she is 99% sure that I won, but until I hear the verdict
or see any monetary value I am very nervous. Has anyone
been through this? I would greatly appreciate some
feedback!
