I had a back and shoulder injury and my disability rating
was like 22% or something (I should go look at the
paper)...I was deemed surgical on my shoulder two yeras ago,
but I decided not to do it at the last moment. I feel, for
now that that was an excellent choice. this has been
dragging on since 5/03.
Now, the insurance company has offered a confusing
settlement on future medical, that doesn't even add up to
the cost of the surgery I almost got, and still may end up
needing. I told them I wanted to do more research. I don't
have an attorney, and I'm not sure what to do next, or what
I should anticipate in the way of settlement.
I'd appreciate some advice from anyone who is in the
know. Thanks!
