All you need is to get back to the labor or workman comp rules for your state. If you live in any state they have rule books for workman comp. Find out who represents Target and find out who their attorneys are and constantly represent yourself. If you don't you won't get anything....also the winning about $100 a month and not being able to work and all that doesn't matter because they are trying to shake you and you are letting them......Right. Target doesn't owe you anything....their workman comp insurance owes you but it is your responsibilty to react - the squeeky wheel gets the greese....write as many letters about your injury but don't become so emotional that they forget you need to get treatment...make that your #1 priority is TREATMENT AND SURE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SUFFER....BUT THE WORST STATES IN THE U.S. will pay if you are smart.....If you had a low paying job you won't get much anyway.....By the way what is wrong with your back & neck? Do you have a hernitated disc, do you need disc surgery or do you need a cage on your spine, what? You haven't even convinced a common person on email that you have an injury. My husband has been injured at least 20 times and I have seen him hunched over and not able to walk up 3 stairs. So I know what a bad back injury is. I work in a very physical job and I have never hurt my back....or neck and I am over 50 years old.....so a lot of times people think they are injured and they are not.....they are just out of shape and sore....what's up....if you are injured why wait 3 days to go to the doctor...as real injured person goes that day...right. you don't cut your finger off and wait 3 days....right? email me if you need anyhelp. janb.7@juno.com
