Since my wife's attorney does not return emails or phone
calls. I have the following questions to get an idea what
my wife is looking at.
1) In NJ how long is the average time frame to attempt to
settle a comp case? After all the doctors have seen the
plantiff.
2) The defendant knows that I have pictures showing the
cause of the mishap (the employer was not happy that I
took managed to take the pictures). With this in mind, why
doesn't the employer just make an offer for compensation?
