I live in NC. I filed a form 18 on 10/24/2005. I injury my
Rt shoulder and been to the Dr on 11/18/05. He wants me to
have aMRI but I cannot talk with the Ins. Co. Every time I
call and leave a message they never return. WC has been
paying for my drugs. I dont know if the Ins co accepted my
claim. It has been 7 weeks since the form was submitted. I
have talk with NCIC and they inform me the Ins co only has
14 days to reject or accept my claim.

I have done every thing to get this moving and right now I
fill I am at a dead end. Oh by the way I do not work for
the employer anymore.
