On sept.30,2005 a ball of fire was waiting for me when I
opened the oven door at work the maintence had been in
earlier in the morning to light the pilot light that has
went out the day before as a result that I now have asthma
and intersitual lung disease I have not received any $$
from workmens comp since Feb 2, 2006 I made an attempt to
return to work on Nove 17, 2005 and became unable to breath
again the end of Jan. have been unable to work since
Feb.2,2006 workmens comp now wants to send a nurse with me
when I visit my doctor they think there might something the
dr. is missing . By the way I have been to see 13 drs.
during the entire incident and all but 2 of them agree with
my current dr. Is having the nurse accompany me to my drs.
visits legal, don't I have any protection.
