I was recently off work for a minor procedure. It was not
related to my work. My doctor wrote me a return to work
slip over a week agostating that I could return to work on
regular duty with no restrictions. My employer will not
let me return to work unless I have my doctor provide them
with copies of all records showing what my medical problem
was, all tests, and treatments. I do not feel that this
is legal. My condition was not work related and was NOT a
workers comp case so why do they have any right to ask all
of this?
