    In NY you might get a % of loss award, if stable, but rsd is
    not often stable and you might receive a classification with
    ongoing payments. This is a medical issue. In NY you have
    lifetime medical rights. You should be collecting by now,
    and there are specific rules about frequency of medical
    evidence, request for test, therapies, and specific things
    costing more than $500/
