If this is a NY Workers' Compensation case you should obtain
a no charge consultation. This is a complex case that might
interfere with your ability to work, or even feel good out of
work, for the rest of your life. A settlement in a lump sum,
may be attractive initially, but may not be in your best
interest over the long run. See someone who is ethical.
