Post: hamstring tear grade lll

I jumped out of the back of a semi-truck while unloading heavy fixtures for our store. I have been diagnosed with a level 3 hamstring tear. I was off work for 2 months, recieved payments. Went to a few therapy sessions. Then was released to work, and they told my boss i needed 2 15 min breaks during the day, a 3rd one if i needed it. Last Dr visit, released me to full duty, I'm still in awful pain. got a 6% disability rating. the dr. said there was nothing more they could do. That I would have to continue my excersises at home on my own. Got a second opinion, he was also a dr. the insurance company chose. Finally, I'm sure I have no fracture of the hip, but he agreed that I have a level 3 hamstring tear and gave me a disability rating of 1%. I dont understand why if the dr said that it may take 2-3 years for my leg to heal and gain back its strength, why then dont they perscribe more therapy? and what do I do about the two ratings of 1% and 6%? I need a settlement that can cover some pain medications and therapy. I'm about ready to cry again. Should I get a lawyer?
