my question is i worked for a company for 2 1/2 months my
first week as a leadman i was delt some diffcult jobs
along with my partner the jobs took longer then expected
due to the involver person who sells the job, and i do the
work the customer wanted things done different then the
involver had planned hince the longer time it took ...
well my question is i got hurt the fallowing week on a
wenesday i went to the clink on thursday i had fri sat
sunday off monday i went back in for a check up there was
still some pain tuesday i went to work on light duty for 6
hours the fallowing day i called in about my elboy hurting
around 730 am i told them i must have slept on it wrong
the same day around 930 i called back and said my elbow
was feelign better so i asked if they had work for me they
said looking that way so i said good im going to go get a
full release today they said okay so i got the release and
they told me when i got there no work for me sorry but
they had a new guy who i was told was going to take my
postition by my freind who works there . so i took the day
off and he called me thurday moring to tell me im fired???
