injury 7-30-04 third surgury 9-20-06 Had been recieving
minor permanent partial disability since 12-25-05.
question being?
after surgury on 9-20-06 they sent me a ck for minor dis.
9-17-06 to 9-30-06 lawyer said OK to cash. then recieved
a nother minor dis. ck for 10-01-06 to 10-14-06 agian
lawyer said OK to cash.
Then recieved a ck for temp. total dis. for 10-20-06 (NOTE
6 days missing) to 11-02-06 which was the max. for Ca. wc
thats about time. Lawyer said they would make up the
difference for the first to cks, that was 3wks ago.
Is thier a time limit? My lawyer is slow at getting back
to me with any fax or having one of his aids respond.
I have told him my that my credit cards are tapped out
and have not payed my rent in 4 months.
